To apply for admission to our diploma and certificate programs you may contact us to request an application packet or you may complete the on-line application below.

You may pay the application fee by mailing a check in the amount of $25 made payable to Windemere Institute or calling (563)382-8495 to arrange credit card payment.

Upon receipt of your application and your $25 application fee we will contact you by phone to arrange an on-site or phone interview.

To finalize your application we will also need an on-site visit or a phone interview.
