To apply to our programs you may contact us to request an application packet or you may complete the on-line application below.

We will conduct a preliminary review of your online application and will then contact you to complete your application which will include the following arrangements:

1. Processing fee of $25.00 (Non-refundable)
paid by check, money order or credit card.
3. A copy of your most recent diploma or
transcript of most recent level of education.
4. Two completed recommendations forms (which we
will provide you with).
