To register for our Personal & Professional Development Workshops & Seminars:

1. You may register for our workshops & seminars on-line (below), via email, phone, fax or postal mail. To mail your registration please use the printable form below.

2. Email or phone registrations should include the course title, date of course, and your name, address, phone and email address.

3. Please call with a credit card or mail your check when submitting your registration. Please see below for our cancelation and refund policy. We are happy to accept payments via MC or Visa, cash, money order or check.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We appreciate our mutual interest in the success of this class which you have registered for. If you must cancel your registration, all tuition payments will be refunded in full less your $100.00 non-refundable deposit which secured your place in class. To cancel your class registration we must receive a written notice (delivered by email, fax or postal mail) of your cancellation in our office 60 days before the class start date. Between 59 and 30 days we will deduct the $100 deposit from the total tuition and the cost of any course materials which have been sent to you, and then will refund 70% of the remaining balance. Between 29 and 15 days we will deduct the $100 deposit from the total tuition and the cost of any course materials which have been sent to you, and then will refund 50% of the remaining balance. Between 1-14 days, and no-shows, there is no refund. Weather cancellations are determined based upon weather conditions at the site of the class. Late registration is considered on an “as available” basis. Schedules, tuition, books, and supply fees are subject to revision. Current information will be verified when your registration is received and will be sent via a confirmation letter which will emailed or postal mailed, as appropriate. Confirmation letters are issued approximately one week in advance of the class, or before.
