who come together to teach, share and learn.
I am honored to introduce you to each of these exceptional people who are
each part of Windemere's legacy.

| Lily (Jill) French |
Lily (Jill) French, LMT, MSW, PHA
Lily was born a seeker of universal
truths and spiritual enfolding. From her early years, she engaged in personal reflection and spiritual inquiry in whatever
setting she found herself. Growing up within the Catholic church, she sought to make her connection to the Divine and service
to her community a constant part of her life. Noticed by the elders, she was recognized with the church's Living Christian
award at the age of 8. Entering her adolescence, she became increasingly uncomfortable with how separate her life felt on
Sunday from the rest of the week. She experienced a divide that she believed in her heart could be overcome. It was through
an increasing awareness that the divide came from connecting to God through structures outside of herself that she embarked
on a journey of religious studies across cultures and eventually beyond the path of organized religions altogether. It was
only when Lily began to connect with the Divinity in her, and in all life, that she finally experienced the full integration
of Spirit in each day that she had been seeking all along. In addition to having completed her Masters in Social Work, Lily
is a Reiki Master Practitioner, a graduate of LuminEssence's Awakening Your Light Body program, and currently completing the
Practitioner of Healing Arts through Windemere. She has studied sound healing, chakra and energy systems, circulatory massage,
traditional Thai massage, and Chinese medical theory. She has a private healing practice in Iowa City.
