The core curriculum at Windemere Institute of Healing Arts focuses on promoting well being on the personal level and on extending
that to others. Students will participate in a fun and stimulating exploration of perspectives regarding spirituality and
belief. The course materials include a mix of contemporary audio, visual and written materials which will also enhance the
student's personal and lending libraries. Students will receive the energetic transmissions of the Munay-Ki, the Nine Great
Rites of Passage. This series of four (4) modules provides personal experiences with Breath, Meditation, Qi Gong and several
other personal healing practices. Students are encouraged to develop their own daily practice to live in balance in every
moment. Personal Well Being may be taken alone and is also a prerequisite for the Energy Healing Arts and Body Healing Arts
programs.
Please scroll down for descriptions of each of the four (4) modules in this track of study.

Personal Well Being 1: February 13-15,
2009
|
|
We begin our journey together with the transmission of first two of the Nine Great Rites of Passage of the Munay Ki. These
Nine Great Rites of Passage inform your LEF with vibrational seeds for experiencing, becoming and eventually then Being aligned
with these Universal wisdoms. These vibrational seeds grow as you embody and nourish them. The expanding frequencies then
call unto you the learning and insights that are inherent to the wisdoms of each of the Rites.
The Healer's Rite connects you to a lineage of luminous beings from the past, who come to assist you in your personal
transformation and awakens the healing power in your hands so that everyone you touch is blessed. There is tremendous spiritual
assistance available, and these luminous ones work in our sleep to heal the wounds of the past and of our ancestors.
The Bands of Power provides five luminous belts that are woven into the luminous energy field (LEF) for protection. They
act as filters, transmuting any lower vibrational energy that comes into your LEF into one of the five elements. These energies
then feed your LEF instead of lowering your vibration which otherwise may lead to vibrational dis-harmony and un-ease.
We will discuss and consider the concepts of the Law of Attraction, and of Inner Being.
We will learn about and experience the power of the breath for connecting with one's body, moving energy, facilitating
healing and maintaining balance.
This module also focuses on drumming and breathing as two meditative methods for quieting the mind expanding awareness.
Class materials to prepare for and support these teachings include: The Miracle of the Breath by Andy Caponigro; The Law
of Attraction by Esther & Jerry Hicks; The Four Insights by Alberto Villoldo; Divine Warrior Training by Tom Capshew;
and the PWB course manual.

Personal Well Being 2 : Mar. 13-15, 2009
|
|
In the second module in this series, students will receive the energetic transmissions of Rites three & four of the Nine
Great Rites of Passage of the Munay Ki. These Rites are:
Harmony Rite - Transmission of the 7 Archetypes into the Chakras. First you receive serpent, jaguar, hummingbird and
eagle; next you receive three archangels: the Keeper of the Lower World (our unconscious), the Keeper of the Middle World
(our waking world), and the Protector of the Upper World (our super conscious).
Seer's Rite - Extra-cerebral pathways of light are installed that connect the visual cortex with the third eye and heart
chakra. This awakens the "inner seer" and your ability to perceive the invisible world of energy and Spirit.
We will explore a perspective on the power of emotion and its place in guiding us through our life experience.
The Sacred Center within, the Sacred Heart will be experienced and merged with the awareness of Prayer and its potential
for aligning us to our natural Well Being.
And finally we will learn a highly effective form of energy cleansing and balancing called Chi Lel Qi Gong which is a
focused method of letting go of stale energy and bringing in fresh energy through intention and body movement.
Class materials for this module include The Astonishing Power of Emotion by Esther & Jerry Hicks, Love Without End
by Glenda Green, Keys of Jeshua by Glenda Green, Chi Lel Qi Gong (DVD) by Luke & Frank Chan, The Isaiah Effect (audio)
by Greg Braden, and the PWB course manual.

Personal Well Being 3: April 17-19,
2009
|
|
In the third module in this series, students will receive the energetic transmissions of Rites five and six of the Nine Great
Rites of Passage of the Munay Ki. These Rites are the Vibration of Angels and Archangels.
Daykeeper's Rite - You connect to a lineage of master healers from the past. Daykeepers are able to call on the ancient
altars to heal and bring balance to the earth, call on the sun to rise each day, and bring humans into harmony with mother
Earth. They are the midwives, herbalists and curanderas. This rite helps you begin to heal your inner feminine, step beyond
fear, and practice peace.
Wisdomkeeper's Rite - You connect to a lineage of luminous beings from the past and the future. This rite is associated
with the snow-capped mountains, perhaps a distant memory of our ancestors from the Himalayas. This rite helps you to begin
to heal your inner masculine, step outside of time, become steeped in the medicine teachings and taste infinity.
Earthkeeper's Rite - This rite connects you to the archangels that are guardians of our galaxy, stewards of all life on
Earth. This rite connects you to the stars, and to the sun, our local star. It helps you learn the ways of the seer and dream
the world into being.
The third module also focuses on the Divine intention of creating and holding sacred space for one's self and for others.
Within this sacred realm we may each experience our wholeness and re-affirm that we truly are Love in a physical experience.
Powerful and simple strategies for Liberating Belief are taught and practiced.
Wise Secrets of Aloha are studied and experienced.
Class materials for this module include: The Art of Allowing (audio) by Esther & Jerry Hicks; Wise Secrets of Aloha
by Kahuna Harry Uhane Jim & Garnette Arledge; and the PWB course manual.

Personal Well Being 4: May 8-10, 2009
|
|
In the final module in the PWB series students will receive Rites eight and nine of the Nine Great Rites of Passage.
Starkeeper's Rite - This rite anchors you safely to the time after the great change, said to occur around 2012. Your
physical body begins to evolve into homo luminous, the aging process is slowed down, your DNA is re-informed, and you become
more resistant to disease.
Creator Rite - Awakens the Creator-light within and brings forth a sense of stewardship for all creation, from the smallest
grain of sand to the largest cluster of galaxies in the universe. Once attained only through direct transmission from Spirit,
it is now possible to transmit from one person to another.
Students are then trained in Compassionate Touch, a modality that utilizes the practitioner's presence and light touch,
together with unconditional positive regard to provide space for their loved ones to re-member their wholeness and perfection.
The Art of Allowing continues with further practice of the strategies for Liberating Belief.
To conclude, we will turn our attention to Being in Balance and how we may apply that intention and awareness to our lives,
on a daily basis.
